Hi, I’m Noor!

As the founder of The Noor Concept, I’m passionate about guiding people toward small but powerful shifts that lead to lasting transformation. Over the past decade, I’ve combined modern science with ancient mindfulness practices to heal my own imbalances and create a life rooted in energy, fulfillment, and balance.

With over 900 hours of training in yoga, meditation, and breathwork, an MSc in Psychology of Mental Health from the University of Edinburgh specializing in mindfulness-based techniques for managing stress, anxiety, and burnout, and certifications in Holistic Health Coaching, Stress Management, and Gut Health Management, I’ve dedicated my life to sharing these transformative tools and practices with others. My journey has taken me across the world—from Lebanon to London, Scotland, Greece, and now Abidjan—helping individuals reclaim their health and well-being.

What truly sets my approach apart? It’s my unique blend of mindfulness and evidence-based strategies. Together, we’ll explore how your glucose levels, nutrition, and daily routines directly impact your energy, health, and overall well-being.
