Noor is the founder of The Noor Concept and a 900RYT yoga teacher with over 12 years of experience. Trained in Inner Axis, Ashtanga, Yin Yoga, Jivamukti, ELDOA, and NeuroYoga, she brings a wealth of knowledge to her classes. Noor’s holistic approach blends alignment-focused movement, breathwork, chanting, and self-reflection, helping students connect deeply with themselves.
Combining modern science with ancient practices, Noor empowers her students with tools to manage stress, navigate overwhelm, and cultivate greater self-awareness in their daily lives.

Alexandra’s journey with yoga began over a decade ago and has been her constant companion ever since. Trained in Ashtanga, Power Yoga, and pre- and post-natal yoga, she combines expertise and passion in every class.
Her sessions are dynamic and grounding, skillfully blending breathwork with alignment-focused postures. Whether in moments of joy or challenge, Alexandra offers flows that leave you feeling stronger, more flexible, and deeply connected to yourself. Prepare to sweat, center yourself, and redefine the way you move and think.

Corporate by day, yogi by night, Zeina discovered yoga nine years ago and has been sharing her passion as an instructor in Abidjan for the past seven years. Blending dynamic Vinyasa flow with the strength and intensity of Power Yoga, her classes are designed to push boundaries while keeping you in motion.
Trained in CorePower Yoga and the Smart Flow method, Zeina creates mindful and empowering practices supported by carefully curated, dynamic playlists. Whether you're looking to work up a sweat or find balance, Zeina is here to guide you every step of the way.

Gretta found yoga 12 years ago during one of the most challenging chapters of her life and has since embraced it as her greatest source of strength. A lifelong athlete and fitness enthusiast, she has been teaching an eclectic mix of classes in Washington and Abidjan for seven years.
Grounded in the traditions of Vinyasa, Ashtanga, and Bikram yoga, Gretta’s classes at The Noor Concept are playful yet invigorating. Her thoughtfully designed sequences, combined with a focus on individual needs, provide a safe and supportive environment for you to explore your limits. Whether you’re new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Gretta’s classes help cultivate resilience, strength, and balance—on and off the mat.
